Do you provide trucks or transportation?
Velvet Movers L.L.C. is a labor‑only moving company. We assist with loading, unloading, and furniture protection but do not provide moving trucks or transport services. Customers must arrange their own vehicle or rental truck.
How far in advance should I book my move?
We do not accept immediate or same‑day bookings. All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to ensure crew availability and proper planning.
What areas do you serve?
Velvet Movers L.L.C. is based in Reynoldsburg, Ohio and proudly serves the greater Columbus area as well as surrounding cities and neighboring states. Our labor‑only moving crews are available for jobs throughout Ohio and adjacent regions including Indiana, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania. Coverage zones can be customized based on job size and crew availability.
How do I pay for services?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe via our Pricing & Booking page. You can select your preferred package and complete payment online.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes. Please contact us at tony@velvetmovers.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled move to reschedule or cancel without penalty.
Do you offer packing services?
We currently provide labor‑only moving services and do not offer packing or unpacking. However, our crew can assist with furniture wrapping and padding upon request.
What should I do before my move?
Ensure all items are packed and ready for loading. Clear pathways and secure pets or children away from work areas for safety.
