Velvet Movers Pricing
2 Movers — $120 per hour
3 Movers — $165 per hour
4 Movers — $210 per hour
2‑hour minimum applies.
Travel fee may apply depending on distance.
Long‑distance moves include a travel fee based on mileage.
Gas mileage is calculated at $0.75 per mile beyond 75 miles from our base location.

Heavy Item Fee — $250 per item
A Heavy Item Fee applies to any single item weighing over 300lbs, or requiring additional manpower, equipment, or special handling. Examples include, but are not limited to: safes, pianos, large refrigerators or freezers, marble or stone tables, treadmills and gym equipment, oversized dressers or armoires, commercial appliances, and large tool chests or workbenches. This fee is charged in addition to standard labor or service rates and must be paid in full under the same payment terms as the rest of the invoice. The Client acknowledges and agrees that any item meeting these criteria will incur this fee.

Cancellation Policy
Velvet Movers requires a minimum of 24‑hour notice for all cancellations or reschedules.
If a booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled move, the deposit or pre‑payment is non‑refundable.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
Exceptions apply only in cases of severe weather, natural causes, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control.
